You can generally find the ISBN for a book by searching a publicly available database called WorldCat. WorldCat.org lets you search the collections of libraries in your community and thousands more around the world, and provides detailed information about the titles that are indexed within it.
You can also use WorldCat.org generate a citation in any of several citation styles.
