Q. How do I solve "redirect" errors when using Safari?

If you are using Safari to access library resources and get a "Could not open the page, too many redirects" error, you will want to clear your cache:

  • Choose Safari > Reset Safari.
  • Only check "Remove all cookies" and "Empty the Cache."
  • Click Reset.
