If you are using Google Chrome Version 34 or higher with WestlawNEXT you may need to modify Internet Options to resolve printing/downloading issues.

  1. Click the Customize icon in the upper right corner then select Settings.
  2. Click Show advanced settings then click the Content settings... button in the Privacy section.
  3. Scroll down to Pop-ups and click Manage exceptions.
  4. In the box located at the bottom of Hostname pattern column, type campus.westlaw.com.  Set Behavior to Allow.  Press Enter on key board.
  5. In the box located at the bottom of Hostname pattern column, type web2.westlaw.com.  Set Behavior to Allow.  Press Enter on key board.
  6. In the box located at the bottom of Hostname pattern column, type next.westlaw.com.  Set Behavior to Allow.  Press Enter on key board.
  7. In the box located at the bottom of Hostname pattern column, type westlaw.com.  Set Behavior to Allow.  Press Enter on key board.
  8. Click Done to close Pop-up exceptions.  Click Done to close Content settings.
  9. On the Settings page, scroll down to Downloads.  
  10. Check Ask where to save each file before downloading.
  11. Close all Google Chrome windows.
