Q. Westlaw - printing/downloading issues using Firefox

If you are using Firefox Version 3.5 and higher and are having problems printing or downloading in Westlaw you may need to modify your internet options.

  1. Click Open Menu (icon with 3 bars) and select Settings.
  2. Click Privacy & Security from the options on the left.
  3. Scroll down to Permissions and check the box Block pop-up windows.
  4. Click Exceptions to the right of Block pop-up windows.
  5. Type campus.westlaw.com under Address of web site. Click Allow.               
  6. Type print.westlaw.com under Address of web site. Click Allow.    
  7. Type web2.westlaw.com under Address of web site. Click Allow.    
  8. Type next.westlaw.com under Address of web site. Click Allow.
  9. Click Save Changes.
