Q. What if I can't get an article to open?

If you are having trouble getting an article to open, you can request the article through your Documents On Demand account.

You can:

1. Click "How to get it"  and then the "Get this for me" option which will direct you to your Documents on Demand account.

2. If you are not already logged into your CMU account you will be prompted to do so. The requested information for the article should already be filled in, if not please enter the necessary information. Click "Submit."
