Note for CMU Innovation and Online students: We are providing one free UPS return shipping label in each package delivered within the United States. You can use this label to return your books to Documents on Demand at no charge. (If you decide to not return all of your books in one package, you will need to pay the shipping on additional packages.)

Books can be returned First Class, Priority Mail, or Ground Service (UPS). ALWAYS insure your package when mailing books back to us, please. Documents on Demand recommends that you insure books for $100.00 each.
