Q. How do I check the status of a request made through Documents on Demand?

To check the status of a pending request, log into your Documents on Demand Account using the link below.  Your outstanding requests will be displayed. 

Click on the transaction number to view the item request.  You'll find status updates listed at the bottom of the page.
