Q. How can I set up my CMU student account?

All students, staff, and faculty are provided with a Global ID and password that enable access to CentralLink, CMU email and Blackboard. Several other CMU services, including the Libraries, also use the Global ID for authentication.

  • New students can set up their Global IDs online using the link below.
  • To reset your password online, use the Reset Password link.
