CMU Library FAQ

All students, staff, and faculty are provided with a Global ID when they enroll at Central Michigan University. A Global ID enables access to CentralLink, CMU email, and Blackboard. Many other CMU services, including the Libraries, also use the Global ID for authentication. Your Global ID is also used as the first part of your cmich email address (GlobalID@cmich.edu).
