When you go to a site look for a link (sometimes this link appears in the footer of the page) called For Investors or Financial Information or something similar. Annual reports can usually be found behind this link.
As a reminder, only public companies are required to make their financial information accessible to the public. Many times it is difficult, if not impossible, to locate an annual report for a privately-held company because they are not required by law to make this information publicly available.
