Q. Do online students get the same access to academic databases and research tools as on-campus students?

Yes!
All currently enrolled CMU students (both off-campus and on-campus) have access to the same academic databases, research tools, and other electronic resources.
The main difference is that students who are not on the CMICH network (not using CMU Wi-Fi or other campus computers) may be asked to log in with their Global ID and password to access academic databases and research tools.
